‘Budget is generous’

Members of the Polokwane Chamber of Business had the opportunity last week to listen to finance minister Trevor Manuel’s budget speech.
The speech was televised live via satellite and was  followed by tax expert, Prof Matthew Lester’s comment.
Lester is a professor at  Rhodes University and said while the world economy is now in a difficult stage South Africa still remains one of the better places to be.
